ZipTorrent is an application that allows users to download torrents off the internet using the peer to peer connection system. There are various clients available on the internet but this one manages to keep its settings and interface lightweight, allowing novice users to benefit from all of its functions. There are a few main buttons which allow users to access the main features of the app, such as the settings screen.

ZipTorrent allows users to manage their download and upload speeds so that they can maintain a good ration between the torrent client and the usual browsing activities. The downloading ports can be set up and a proxy can also be configured, if needed. However, these tend to be in depth options that are mainly optional.

ZipTorrent manages to do its job without complex configuration. Users are able to add multiple torrents in the list and then see multiple details regarding each one by browsing the available columns. The application also manages to pull RSS feeds of the internet for interested users. The feeds are taken from a few torrent sites and more of them can be added, if needed. There is also the possibility to access the IRC room of the tool.
