Xilisoft Video Cutter is a video editor application that can be used in order to cut videos, just as its title says, but not only. The utility features a series of various mini tools that can be used to achieve the needed effects when working with one or multiple videos. The interface is quite simple, so that everyone can find the required features within seconds. Xilisoft Video Cutter is able to quickly load a video and afterwards users can have it displayed on a timeline. They can manually adjust two sliders on the timeline in order to designate the start and end points of a video. There is an alternative, that of manually introducing the values of each point. Each of these variants can be used and the precision is up to 0.1 seconds. A thumbnail of each video that is loaded within the app’s main window is automatically generated so that users know what file they are selecting. Xilisoft Video Cutter also features a built-in video player. This can be used in order to watch the video or the cropped part from it. There are also several video formats available as output and each one has configurable parameters so that users can adjust the settings to their needs. For those that care about design, there are a few skins that can be used with the app.
