Supported in Windows 95 and 98 systems, this utility is only available as a purchasable software application. With this tool, you will be able to restrict online traffic, both incoming and outgoing; restrict the online duration; and implement allowed and restricted time periods for various users. The tool also allows you to restrict Internet access through various modems, including ISDN, standard, etc. The application runs as a background utility and automatically disconnects the net connection when the traffic limit or time limit is exceeded.
