This application ensures that there will be no unauthorized access to your data through the use of external drives, by printing, or even through mail or FTP uploads. Once this software is installed, users cannot connect USB devices or request for printing. All these activities would require an authorized password. Therefore, your data cannot be copied to memory cards, pen drives, or flash drives. Similarly, it cannot be printed, emailed, or uploaded through FTP.
