Message Blocker XP is a freeware software developed by InternetSafetySoftware.com. It is an application that can be used to protect your system from spammers. This utility helps to block out all IP messages that keep popping up when you are online. All IP messages directed towards your system are permanently blocked through this tool. It is present as an icon in the system tray and turns green when it is busy blocking out IP messages. Normally, this application starts up automatically when Windows is started, but you can also start it manually. It is a background application and therefore does not interfere with your activities.
