Insanity takes on the legacy of the Berzerk game and puts it into a three dimensional universe where the things had not changed too much, but everything is changed towards better. You have only one objective, that of surviving, and you will have to do your best to avoid the cyborgs.
The best way to avoid them is to shoot them on sight but at some points you will encounter Evil Hillary, the cyborg boss, and then you will have to give your best if you really want to shoot him down, too, otherwise you might stand back and fight other robots.
