iClone 3DXchange is an application that can be used in order to work with 3D objects. The utility has a simple installation process and afterwards, it allows users to start working with their files or build new projects from scratch. Multiple types of 3D object files can be imported within the app and they can be freely edited in relation with all of their parameters.

iClone 3DXchange is able to work with textures for the three dimensional meshes that are created. This way, users can add various images into the project and cover up a certain 3D object. In order to further edit a 3D object, users have the possibility to work with materials, by changing their color or glosiness, among others. This is designed to replicate a certain texture type for an object.

iClone 3DXchange is able to work with the drag and drop feature so that OBJ, VNS or 3DS objects can be easily imported within an open project. The polygons that make up a 3D file can be further refined in order to polish the item before it is processed into its final form. Edges can also be smoothed for a better design. When finally rendering the object, it will take a while for the process to complete and it is recommended for users to leave the PC idle.
