i-Catcher is a webcam application that was originally designed as a security application or surveillance system. It detects motion from a camera feed, captures images and posts them to website directly. It also sends you an email notification or alternatively a SMS alert. It can operate in time lapse mode or webcam mode. You can even define scheduled operating periods for particular times and days of the week. It provides very flexible operation through its configurable profiles. You can check on the system from anywhere with a web browser and see what is been recorded. It supports almost all capturing devices.
