GeSWall is an application that provides support to users who want to protect their computers from internet threats and not only. The utility is a firewall and it is freely distributed. However, it still encompasses a lot of functions that make it a trustful app for users.

The interface of the GeSWall is quite simple and it contains three main elements. The left sidebar allows users to access different functions of the firewall with the aid of a tree menu. This is used as a management solution and users have the possibility to explore any of the options. By default, the main window screen of the tool will display the status of the firewall. Users can click on any of the three buttons to change its status.

GeSWall has a whitelist feature and trusted applications can be added on it so they do not encounter restrictions anymore. On the other hand, it can easily detect a wide array of keyloggers and other malicious tools that might appear on a computer from different sources. These are easily stopped by the tool, along with other types of intrusions. Malicious software has no chance of replicating itself as such changes are automatically detected and prevented by the app.
