Advanced IP Scanner is a tool designed to scan LAN or Wi-Fi networks that a user hosts. This way, he can easily discover the IP that each connected user has and he can also control them, if he receives access from the other end. The application has great use in a business environment, for example, where multiple PCs might require a closed network and a master computer can control them all. However, this does not mean that the privacy of the employee will be invaded, as only various simple commands can be given to the main PC to the others.

A Favorite list can be created and here, certain computers from a network can be added and this way, the user can give specific commands to only some PCs instead of launching one to all of them. The interface is clean and it mainly provides a Scan button, along with two tabs that contain the results and the favorite computers. A video tutorial is available for users to better understand the features provided by the application, as series of commands can be scheduled in order to be ran at various times of the day.

Brief but important information about each computer in the network will be displayed and the scanner will even provide the MAC address of each PC. The status of each computer will be displayed live and this way, users can know when a PC of the network shuts off, for example. The tool can be used on its own, as it provides helpful features for network managers, but it can also have its usability increased with the aid of Radmin, that provides more apps in order to better control the computers. With the aid of this tool, the user can also connect not only to classic network resources, but also to FTP folders.
