8StartButton is an application which allows users of Windows 8 to benefit from the removed Start button. This feature that accompanied every Windows UI was removed in the last iteration that features a massive GUI improvement. 8StartButton requires a restart in order to display the button in its classic location and after this is done, users can simply start using it like before or set it up with custom features. First of all, there is no standard icon of the button in Windows 8 and a few standard ones are added within this app. Users have the possibility to add their own icon and use it.

Users can add with ease favorite apps they need in the left side of the Start bar and the standard folders displayed in the right area can also be modified. All of the usual functions that one can need are present in this Start bar.
