Skyward Software has designed and developed YourFolder, a tool that is intended to help users control and manage their folders. The utility offers various pre-defined actions for each folder that can be implemented to manage your folders. These pre-defined tasks include data synchronization between two folders, copying or backing up files to another folder, deleting files in a folder by using the masking feature, and monitoring folders for any new files. Whenever any new files are detected, the tool sends a notification email to the user’s designated mail id. Supported in Windows 2000, NT, and XP versions; you can avail this tool on a free trial basis with certain functional limitations.
