WorkTime is a tool that is extremely useful in business environments. If a worker is paid by hour and he needs to justify the work done, he can easily create a report using this application that can be sent to the employer. This way, each worked hour can be monitored in order to provide a quality table with various information. However, it is not intended for cheating, as its reports will be also based on the activity that is recorded at the computer, allowing customers to be able to work with fair people.

The interface of the application is extremely simple and it comes in the form of a small square located in the lower right area of the screen. Here, three different tabs are available and the first one is the User tab. Here, a person can create a profile that the tool will keep track of and this way, multiple users can set their own profiles. The Client and Project data are also customizable and here, the user will be able to provide information regarding the current project and the schedule that he wants to attain.

Upon working on the schedule, detailed information will be logged and this data will be transformed into various graphs and tables. These can further be exported and emailed to customers. The widget can be set up to be “always on top” and this is useful for a user to constantly see the time that he invests in a project during a day, for example. However, other features that are available inside the tool might require one to consult the Help file. Here, detailed tutorials allow everyone to understand how to properly make use of the application in order to track their worked time. Moreover, the tool is distributed for free, making it even more usable.
