It allows files to be uploaded from a web browser in a variety of file types. These files are then saved to the file system. Any kinds of uploaded image files are created in such a way that they abstract certain properties such as width and height. The software basically modifies files so that they can best fit into the function for which they were created. The interface for this program is much easier to use as well.
