You can call VoicePhone a soft phone. It allows you to make international calls to any mobile phone over the internet. You have to select an appropriate SIP account as per configurable rules based on the destination. But you could have to pay different rates based on the prefix before the phone number to the SIP provider. Every SIP account should have its own prefix. Suppose you are call to a number 86851111111 with prefix 001, it would be cheaper than the prefix 002.
You can select the phone number on the screen by holding Cntrl+c+c. If there is a non numeric symbol, the utility wil remove that automatically.
