Vidmex is a free tool for playing media files and also allows you to extract fragments from video and audio files, merge and mix media files and do lot more using its built in functions. You can play music and video with subtitles that you can customize, adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, color balance, invert, zooming and other video effects in real time. Its interface is easy and intuitive. You just need to click the begin and end buttons to mark the positions of fragments and you can choose the operation from wizard. It also supports global hot keys so that you can control the player from any windows application.
