Prompt Standard is an easy-to-use translation software with a simple interface and a set of self explanatory icons to explain each and every feature present inside the software. It is 90 percent accurate and supports a vast variety of features and also various formats. This translation software includes a grammar feature that translates different grammar rules from one language to another.

One of the features of Prompt Standard is capable of translating highlighted text automatically with the translated text available next to the selected text. This feature drastically reduces the time required to translate certain texts. Prompt Standard also has the ability to translate web pages. The software will first ask for the URL and will direct you to the website. The text on the website will be first displayed in the original language followed by the display of the translated webpage.

There are three dictionaries available. The general dictionary can be used for general translations whereas Dictionary Collections specializes in different subjects. User Dictionary is a compilation of user defined words. The ‘giant’ version allows you to buy a large number of languages. However, Prompt Standard does not support any Asian languages. Prompt Standard is a good software and is certainly worth having a look into. It is not rich in features but does its job pretty well.
