Portable AveIconifier is a really easy to use application that can be used in order to create icons from PNG files or export the content of an ICO file towards a PNG image. The key element of this utility is that users do not have to install it – the tool is completely portable so that users can put it on a USB flash drive and work with it on multiple computers.
