A small Windows utility, Performance Monitor is designed to display the Memory, Disk, CPU and network usage on any Windows platform. Basically a monitoring tool, the program is made of four configurable tiny graphs and the app works even in the tray. The program windows are completely anchorable and you can move the attached windows by moving the CPU window. The application is capable of being transparent and also allows forwarding left mouse clicks to be able to place anywhere you like. It is also possible to change the priority of the app to save CPU work or double the size for viewing on bigger monitor resolutions.
