OutlookZIPis actually software that can be used in addition with Microsoft Outlook. This software lets the users easily compress the files that one attaches to the e-mail that are sent through Microsoft Outlook. The add-on integrates in direct relation with the Outlook toolbar thereby simplifying the usage to a great extent. But OutlookZIP can be used only with Outlook 2000 or any other more recent version of Outlook. Also the software cannot be operated with Outlook Express. Standard programs such as Winzip can be used to open the ZIP files which are created by the software. The add-on can also add password to the ZIP files.
