Mystic Diary: Haunted Island is a fun and terrifying game that involves mystery and lots of adventure. The game revolves around two brothers who are magicians and they are called Victor and Gustav. One fine day when they were exploring, they discovered the Mystic Diary. They did not make much of it until one day when the tome that they had unearthed vanished from plain sight. Then the brothers decided to go back and look for the answers to the mystery on the very island where the Mystic Diary has been found by them. However, something went terribly wrong and Gustav has lost his mental balance turning crazy and locking up the crew members along with his brothers into the very Mystic Diary.

Your aim is to free Victor and the crew from a horrific existence where theur shadows haunt the Black woods and they are actually stuck on the island. You have to help them get out of the island and return to normal life. To gain assistance for your task you need to unlock new characters that you will find in the diary and also use their help to reach your goal. However, this is not going to be easy as there are a lot of scary obstacles waiting to deter you from your goal. You have to solve clever puzzles and find hidden objects in order to win the game and free the crew and Victor.

The atmosphere and the environment of the game are very well created and there is a huge island with many secrets that you get to explore when playing Mystic Diary: Haunted Island. The graphics are very well done and the sound effects compliment the graphics very well. Also, there are a lot of fascinating machines that you will get to use in the game on your quest to free the people from the island.
