ISO Image Burner is an application that can be used in multiple ways when working with ISO files, but first of all, it is a burner. Thus, users have the possibility to add their ISO images into the app and then have then written on discs they provide. However, the app can also burn other files directly on discs, this way providing more support to the user.

ISO Image Burner is able not only to write discs, but also to test the writing medium and see if a real process would be completed correctly. There is also the possibility to create a multisession disc or to finalize it. The first option applies to rewritable discs, which can be further edited after a file has been written on them. ISO files that are burnt onto discs can also have the UDF Bridge implemented, which comes in handy for computers that have older operating system that do not have native support for UDF.

ISO Image Burner also provides a few ISO editing features. Users have the possibility to work with the app and have all of the files extracted from an ISO image. Alternatively, they can also add new files to an ISO image and then have it added onto a disc.
