Foto2Avi provides a few basic but useful editing tools for those that want to work with images or videos and convert them. However, unlike other applications of the same kind, this utility provides support for creating videos from still images or even from GIF files. This process can also be done backwards so that every frame or just chosen ones can be exported as images.

Foto2Avi has a simple interface and just five buttons in the upper toolbar. They are enough for users that want to start a new project and save it or continue a previously saved one. There are also settings that can be tweaked in here and a comprehensive help file is available, too. Files can be imported in the input tab and users just have to browse to the location and then choose the needed elements.

After this step is ready, users will be able to change various settings of the output file. First of all, they can decide on the file format that will be used and afterwards, they can tweak different features. Subtitles and transitions can be added and other filters and effects can be applied on the whole video file or just on certain parts of it.
