D-Limit is a simple but powerful application for comma delimited (CSV) and tab delimited text files. It offers editing, searching, filtering, replacing, sorting on columns and various other options. It lets the files in one delimited format to be saved into another. It can use an automatic scanning for detecting file format or you can manually specify the delimiter and other details. It can edit multiple documents simultaneously using its tabbed document interface. It supports multilevel undo/redo. It runs in a portable mode. Its status bar shows the number of characters in the selected cell and if you have selected multiple cells, it shows the number selected.
