Bluebeam Revu is a PDF creation tool suited to be used by novices and professionals too. The application requires no special knowledge as users can easily find the needed tools they might want to use when creating a PDF. There is the possibility to start from a Microsoft Word document that can be imported within this application. In a matter of seconds, a PDF document is available.

Bluebeam Revu has a rather simple interface and a lot of space for the documents that a user might want to view. Thus, as many as 16 different PDF files can be opened at once. The markup toolbar appears whenever a document is loaded and has to be converted into a PDF format. This way, users have the possibility to edit text in various ways and a spell checker makes sure that no mistakes are found throughout the lines of text.

Bluebeam Revu also stores the markups so that users can re-add them with just a mouse click later on. If someone creates a PDF document that contains original content, he can apply a watermark on it and secure its contents. There are multiple standard watermarks that can be added but a custom one can be loaded, too. Users can finally save or print their PDF documents.
