Blue Explorer is a Windows utility software for explorer replacement. It makes it easy to open folders and files in Explorer. It is a dual pane file manager where each pane has multiple tabs. Each tab has a file list. It also supports FTP. You can download or upload files by dragging and dropping them between file lists. It offers you with several ways to switch between folders and opening files and folders. It also has address bar for quick access. You can add your favorite folders to the Quick Go List and then directly open any of them by a part of folder path in address bar.
