Supported in various Windows platforms, you can implement this utility in Windows 98, 2000, 2003, NT, and XP versions. The tool offers support for AC3, PCM, DTS, and MPA input and output audio tracks, in addition to CBR, VBR, and MP3 output tracks. It offers a HDTV input and output resolution of up to 1920 and a frame rate of up to 50 or 60 fps.
