CamCollect is a webcam utility that can collect as well as monitor webcams. It can download, display and save images from thousands of webcams available over the internet with its monitoring features. It has the capability of monitoring over 1000 webcam sites that are pre-defined. The very useful feature of this tool is that it saves only new images avoiding repeatation so that bandwidth is not wasted. It also offers authentication for members for security of sites. To make maximal use of internet, it contacts and uses 16 websites simultaneously. Slow or dead sites would not affect the collection due to this feature.
