PNotes is an easy-to-use application which does not require an installation process. All users have to do is to run the extracted application and then, they are ready to use the sticky notes. The tool provides comprehensive options related to the notes and users can create unique designs to make the desktop look better while these notes are there, waiting to be solved.

With PNotes, users can create a general design or multiple ones, depending on the notes. Then, they can start writing inside one of them. Although there is the possibility to go with plain text, there are a few editing options which allow the user to change the color or the weight of the font, among others. Skins are available for the notes and they can all be further edited or removed altogether for a custom style instead.

Password protected notes can be created with PNotes in order to have a private environment in which to have reminders. Other than that, users can keep track of each note in the main view as there are options to sort them by creation date or expiration date. When a note is ready to expire, users will receive both an audio and a visual notification.
